Points Hero - Terms of Service

Welcome to "Points Hero" (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). This App is a healthy interactive tool designed to help families plan children's behavioral habits, manage tasks, and grant point-based rewards.

Before using the services provided by the App, please carefully read and fully understand these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any terms of this Agreement, please do not register, log in, or use the App. By clicking "Agree" or starting to use the App, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted the entirety of this Agreement. As a family-oriented application, our services and operations strictly comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies, particularly the Families Policy.

1. Account Registration and Usage

1.1 Primarily for Parents/Guardians: The App is designed primarily for the guardians of minors and their family members. You confirm that you are an adult with full civil capacity. If the App is used by a minor, it must be operated under the supervision and with the explicit consent of their legal guardian. 1.2 You are responsible for the security of your account and must keep your login credentials safe. Any operations or actions taken through your account will be deemed to be your own authorized actions. 1.3 It is strictly prohibited to access, tamper with, or intercept any part of this App or our backend server systems without authorization.

2. Services and Usage Guidelines

2.1 Core Functionality: The App allows parents to assign daily tasks, evaluate behaviors, and grant "points" that can be redeemed for customized "rewards". The purpose is to encourage healthy interaction and habit-building within the family. 2.2 Content Compliance: All texts edited and images uploaded by you (such as task names, evaluations, and reward descriptions) must comply with applicable laws and Google Play User Generated Content (UGC) policies. You shall not upload any information containing pornography, violence, gambling, defamation, copyright infringement, or any other illegal content. 2.3 Virtual Points Nature: Any "points", "growth values", or other forms of virtual rewards generated within the App act purely as a digital tracking tool for family interaction. They hold absolutely no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, traded, transferred, or converted into legal tender under any circumstances.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

3.1 You promise not to use the App to engage in any behavior that violates laws and regulations or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties. 3.2 If we discover that you have violated the above guidelines or if we receive legitimate complaints from third parties or platform operators (such as Google Play), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services at any time without prior notice and to remove any violating data.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The design, trademarks, source code, visual interfaces, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights of the App belong to the "Points Hero" development team and its affiliated rights holders. 4.2 Without explicit written permission, no individual or entity may copy, modify, decompile, distribute, or bundle any part of the App for commercial use in any manner.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 Educational Assistant Tool: The App acts purely as a supplementary tool for early family education and habit formation. Any suggestions or data feedback provided by the App are for reference only and do not constitute professional educational or medical advice. 5.2 Force Majeure: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any service interruptions or data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as network infrastructure failures, government actions, hacker attacks, or natural disasters.

6. Modifications and Updates

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. If any changes are made, we will provide a prominent notice or pop-up within the App. If you continue to use the App after the modification takes effect, it indicates that you have accepted the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the terms, please stop using the App immediately.
